FTW Grassroots Leadership: Mobilizer

Learn how to create effective strategies for recruiting, organizing, and mobilizing volunteers. Master the three key components of messaging. In this session, you will not only learn how to effectively communicate a winning message for your goals but also how to counter your opponent’s messaging. Participants will complete a final strategic mobilizing plan utilizing Program Theory and understand how to apply it to various situations.
