election workers & poll watchers

Transparent and fair elections are key to the well-being of our country. We need to ensure that Americans have the ability to cast their votes,, and to ensure that no fraud takes place in polling locations and at our local election offices.

The only way to accomplish this is to fully staff our polling locations with election workers and poll watchers. find out what each of these positions entitles and how to get involved.
ELECTION WORKERS
Election Workers work at the polls on Election Day and during early voting to ensure voters are able to exercise their rights in an honest and well-organized manner.
Fill the Tarrant County Poll Worker application form.
Ensure that you are well trained in your responsibilities by taking the Online Course or just Download the Documentation to review it at your pace.
POLL WATCHERS
A poll watcher is a person appointed to observe the conduct of an election on behalf of a candidate, a political party or the proponents or opponents of a measure (specific-purpose political action committees).
The Texas Secretary of State office provides a Poll Watcher Guide and online training is required to serve as a poll watcher.
A poll watcher must show up with a certificate of appointment in order to serve. If you are interested in becoming a poll watcher, please Contact us, and we can put you in touch with someone that can help with that, as the GOP rarely organizes that in advance, or fails to follow up with volunteer poll watchers.
