What can you bring?

Texas Capitol has rules regarding what kind of items can be brought into capitol grounds.

The following items are allowed on capitol grounds:

• Lawn chairs

• coolers

• soft drinks & water

• food

• pets

The following items are not allowed on capitol grounds:

• Flag or sign poles

• beach umbrellas

• rifles

• alcoholic beverages

The following activities are not allowed on capitol grounds:

• Campaigning

• Sales

​

Please take notice that this rally must and will remain peaceful. The rally organizers, speakers, volunteers, and/or planning participants do not authorize, endorse, or entertain any unlawful activities. Please only attend if you can conduct yourself in accordance with the law.
